FULL TIME OR PART TIME SUSHI CHEF POSITION
WILL TRAIN ON SITE
$16-$20/HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + OVERTIME OPTIONS

REQUIREMENTS

• Legally able to work in United States
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Must pass Food Handler Service Training
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must have ability to sustain extreme temperatures
• Kitchen background required (i.e. basic cooking experience)
• Must have Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm availability
• Must have work schedule flexibility (early morning and late evenings)

JOB DUTIES

• Work alongside and assist another chef
• Clean kitchen before and after closing
• Prep work for orders including prepping chicken and fish
• Compile shopping list for kitchen
• Execute orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Catering jobs as needed (early morning hours)
• Cut fish as needed for sushi, retail, and wholesale
• Must abide by all city, state, and federal health regulations
• Must wear protective gear (i.e. face mask, head covering, beard covering, gloves) during entirety of shift
• Must maintain sanitary work space and kitchen areas
• Potential after hours options available
• Other tasks as needed

FULL TIME TRUCK DRIVER POSITION
NON-CDL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
$20/HOUR + OVERTIME OPTIONS

REQUIREMENTS

• Legally able to work in United States
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Clear MVR
• Must be able to go out of state
• Must have overnight availability for 2 – 4 days consecutively
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must be in excellent physical health (Must pass medical DOT exam for Medical Card)
• Must have ability to sustain extreme temperatures
• Must have Monday – Friday availability with weekend availability preferred
• Must have work schedule flexibility (early morning and late evenings)
• Box truck experience required

JOB DUTIES

• Arrive on site per schedule for local and out of state deliveries
• Load and unload products carefully and accurately with a dolly onto truck (No lift gate on
vehicles)
• Ensure all products on invoices are delivered to customer in proper condition
• Obtain accurate payment from customers
• Hotel stays are coordinated by store staff
• Abide by all DOT regulations including filling out paperwork and accurate use of ELD
• Abide by all city, state, and federal health regulations
• Retain accurate record of working hours and submit at end of shift
• Pick up fresh fish shipments at airport
• Warehouse loading and unloading, cleaning, and stocking
• Other duties assigned by store staff as required
