Kazy’s Gourmet Shop abides by city, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety.
• Hazard analysis of all seafood products
• Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP)
• Storage of all frozen seafood at -4°F (-20°C) or below for 7 days
We currently have three staff memberes on our team who are HACCP certified and registered food service managers.
Documentation can be provided as needed.
All seafood products supplied by Kazy’s Gourmet Shop are in compliance with the United States Food and Drug Administration guidelines for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
We do not directly import any fresh or frozen seafood and we only purchase from HACCP approved wholesalers, distributors, and importers.
